Psychometric Rater

K2 Staffing LLC is seeking detail-oriented Psychometric Raters to support research and assessment projects for clients in professional and technical fields. In this role, you will evaluate test and survey responses using standardized scoring rubrics, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and consistency across large data sets. You will participate in rater training and calibration sessions, maintain high inter-rater reliability, and carefully document results in secure systems.
