Private Household Housekeeper - Maitland, FL

A couple in Maitland is seeking a professional and detail-oriented housekeeper to care for two private residences. The primary home is a 3,400 sq. ft. single-family residence the secondary residence, located nearby, is a 2,000 sq. ft. three-bedroom ranch-style home..

Schedule:
4 days per week - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the primary residence, and one day per week at the secondary home. ( Weekends Off)

Hours:

9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Opportunity for additional hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an immaculate home through detailed cleaning of all surfaces, floors, appliances, and fixtures

• Vacuum, dust, and spot-clean rugs, upholstery, and hard-to-reach areas

• Deep clean all rooms on a regular rotation

• Keep bathrooms stocked, sanitized, and organized

• Handle all laundry, including bedding and linens, following care instructions and standards for bed-making

• Clean and organize kitchen and dining areas; wash dishes (including delicate items), maintain pantry and refrigerator

• Assist with light meal prep such as chopping, washing, and pre-prepping ingredients

• Monitor household supplies, restock as needed, and report maintenance or repair issues

• Maintain outdoor areas; sweep patios, clean furniture, grill, and remove debris

• Clean reachable windows and door tracks as part of regular upkeep

• Provide basic pet care for two small dogs, including cleaning and refilling water bowls

• Run errands such as grocery shopping, deliveries, and general household tasks

• Keep all areas; closets, drawers, shelves, and garage organized and tidy

• Follow household preferences and standards to ensure a well-maintained home environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional housekeeping experience in private residences

• Excellent references from previous employers

• Strong understanding of luxury home care standards, fine materials, and cleaning protocols

• Discreet, reliable, proactive, and highly organized

• Pet-friendly and comfortable working around small dogs

Compensation & Benefits:
$25 per hour (guaranteed 32 hours), Additional benefits to be discussed.
