We are the largest management company in the building maintenance industry, offering janitorial and a wide range of additional maintenance services. Our goal is to be a reliable partner assisting in time savings and effective problem-solving for commercial facilities.

Independent contractors must provide the following:

• Valid Business License, LLC or Inc
• Worker's Compensation Insurance (if applicable)
• General Liability Insurance
• Federal EIN #
• Other verifiable business
• 18 years of age minimum
• Favorable background investigation results
• You cannot be a sole proprietor

This is a contract position and not benefits eligible.
