Delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the hardware store;
Manage the sales, expenses, profits, assets, and team members' personal development to ensure customers are receiving the highest level of customer service;
Work directly with customers welcoming them and quickly and efficiently checking out their purchases;
Help answer and monitor all calls and pages promptly, courteously, and effectively;
Stand for 6 to 8 hours during shift
