As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue through outbound phone calls, direct sales, lead generation, and message delivery. With an earning potential of up to $175,000 a year, this role offers the chance to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment by providing top-level customer experience and converting conversations into sales.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound follow up and cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Two years' experience in sales.
• Outstanding phone skills.
• Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
• The ability to develop relationships, engage with others.
• High integrity and operates with truth and transparency.

• Excellent verbal, analytical and organizational skills.

The physical requirements of this job include:

• Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office
• Communicate verbally via phone or other communication device.
• Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
• Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment.
