Facility Construction Technician

Complete Care Centers, LLC seeks a Facility Construction Technician to support clinic build-outs, renovations, and repairs across our post-accident and injury care locations. In this onsite role, you'll perform hands-on carpentry, drywall, painting, and minor electrical and plumbing to create safe, functional, patient-centered spaces. You'll collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to schedule work, minimize disruption to care, and ensure all projects meet healthcare, building code, and safety standards while supporting our growing, multidisciplinary organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute construction, remodels, and repairs for clinics, exam rooms, and treatment areas according to plans and specifications.
• Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, basic electrical, and plumbing tasks to maintain safe, patient-ready facilities.
• Support build-outs of new and expanded healthcare locations, coordinating with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Inspect facilities, identify maintenance issues, and complete timely, code-compliant corrective actions.
• Follow all OSHA, building, fire, and healthcare safety standards while working in active clinical environments.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to schedule work with minimal disruption to patient care.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials; track usage and support budgeting and procurement needs.
• Document work performed, update maintenance logs, and communicate project status to supervisors.
