Tugas / Tanggung Jawab :

  • Melakukan Kegiatan Operasional Staff Admin / Administrasi
  • Mencatat barang masuk dan keluar
  • Membuat surat jalan
  • Memantau dan memonitor posisi driver keluar masuk
  • Mencatat jumlah / stock barang
  • Memberikan laporan ke bagian back office, front office, data entry, internal audit, dan management
  • Membuat laporan terkait barang masuk dan keluar
  • Berdomisili di Makassar
Kualifikasi / Persyaratan :
  • Min. Pendidikan SMA/K/DIII / Sederajat dari jurusan Ekonomi / Administrasi (lebih disukai)
  • Memiliki pengalaman sekitar 1-2 tahun sebagai admin (di bidang manufakturing / pabrikasi lebih disukai)
  • Menguasai Ms. Office terutama Ms. Excel untuk pembuatan laporan
  • Ulet, disiplin, teliti, detail dan bertanggung jawab
  • Fresh Graduate Wellcome
