Food & Beverage Attendant Supervisor

An exciting opportunity to supervise food and beverage operations within a premium airport lounge at Bandar Udara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin, Makassar

The lounge delivers a seamless and elevated experience for discerning travellers, with premium F&B offerings, comfortable guest areas, and personalized service. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth F&B operations, consistent service standards, quality food presentation, and guest satisfaction in a dynamic airport environment.

Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent service delivery.

Lead and support the F&B team in maintaining premium hospitality and service standards.

Ensure buffet, dining, pantry, beverage, and service areas are properly prepared before and throughout operations.

Monitor food and beverage availability, quality, freshness, presentation, and timely replenishment.

Ensure dining equipment, utensils, buffet supplies, and other F&B requirements are available and properly maintained.

Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and overall presentation of all F&B service areas.

Coordinate staff deployment, task allocation, break schedules, and service coverage according to operational needs.

Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally while ensuring appropriate service recovery.

Coordinate closely with culinary, lounge operations, housekeeping, and other support teams to ensure seamless service.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety requirements, airport regulations, and applicable service standards.

Proven experience in an F&B supervisory role, preferably within a premium lounge, airport lounge, hotel, restaurant, café, or 4-5 star hospitality environment.

Good knowledge of F&B operations, food service, hygiene, and hospitality standards.

Strong leadership and team supervision skills with a hands-on approach.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong guest service mindset.

Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and support team members in daily operations.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to service quality and operational excellence.

Good problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Professional appearance, well-groomed, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced airport environment.
