Regional Sales Manager-Sulawesi

To execute the sales/business in his/her region of Java or Sulawesi and develop strong relationship with distributor/dealer and retailer and supervise his/her team on free market (rice-corn-vegetables) to support B2C business strategy.

• Regional Sales Manager execute the sales/business target on his/her area coverage which is Sulawesi

• Regional Sales Manager has to develop the channel networks start from distributor or dealer, retailer-1 and retailer-2
• Regional Sales Manager has to do Retailers gathering in order to secure business process.

• Regional Sales Manager in cooperation with Business Manager and Product Development Manager to prepare and execute the launching process for 2C Business in free market

• Regional Sales Manager supervise all the field activities done by his team (Sales Executive & Field Assistant) in order to support demand creation for successful business.

• Education:
  
  Master degree or at least bachelor degree in Agriculture or other related background if very qualification in this industry.
• Work Experience:
  
  Min 1 – 2 years’ experience as Regional Sales Manager or Territory Manager or 3-4 years experience as Senior Sales Executive.
• Good organizational background, interpersonal and communication skills, with creative and innovative personality.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to speak in English (active) and computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Ability to work independent and under pressure in order to meet all deadlines.

• Willingness to travel as a must.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Strong initiative, ethical standards and commitment to integrity in business operations.

Location could be in Makasar, South Sulawesi
