Position: Business Development (Sales Acquisition B2B) - Sulawesi

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development (Sales Acquisition B2B) to manage and grow our client base in the Sulawesi Area
. This role is responsible for running the Business Development team, acquiring new clients, and supporting strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a solid background in B2B sales or business development and prior leadership experience.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Diploma Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Willing to be based in Sulawesi Area and travel as needed (working remote and mobile in Sulawesi Area).
  • Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
  • Proven experience with 3-5 years in business development
    , B2B sales
    , or client acquisition
    , and prior leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Target-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Fulfillment, Finance, and HR.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client visits & territory execution - plan and conduct daily client visits, monitor product placement, pricing, and competitor activity, and ensure balanced territory coverage.
  • Stock assessment - check stock levels during visits, record low/out of-stock items, and update trackers for follow-up actions.
  • Promote restock & new product - recommend restock quantities, suggest SKUs or bundles based on client type and purchase history
  • Client relationship management - maintain regular communication, address feedback and concerns, and build long-term partnerships
  • Field Insights reporting - capture client feedback and competitor activity, summarize findings, and share with internal teams to support sales strategy
