Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative (TSR) Staff specializing in Animal Health to join our team in Makassar. This role involves promoting and selling our animal health products, providing technical support to customers, and contributing to market growth in the assigned territory.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, farm owners, feed mill operators, and other key stakeholders in the animal health industry within the Makassar region.
• Effectively present and demonstrate the features and benefits of PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa's animal health products (e.g., vaccines, pharmaceuticals, feed additives, diagnostics).
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to market share expansion for animal health products.
• Provide expert technical advice and support to customers regarding product application, animal health management, and disease prevention.
• Conduct product training sessions and workshops for customers and distributors.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market analysis, and activity plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and R&D, to ensure customer satisfaction and product development.
• Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and professional development programs to stay updated on animal health advancements.

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales or a relevant role within the animal health industry.
• Strong understanding of animal physiology, common animal diseases, and animal health management practices.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Makassar region and surrounding areas.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Makassar.
