Recruiter Placement

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates for Ticketing, Sales positions and other assigned projects.
• Input, maintain, and manage candidate databases accurately according to project requirements.
• Provide socialization and guidance to candidates/project partners regarding rules, workflows, and policies to minimize the risk of attrition and dropouts.
• Create recruitment materials (job vacancy posters) and distribute them across designated platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding recruitment progress and project manpower needs.

• Proven experience as a Recruiter/HR/Operations professional in the F&B industry
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in a relevant field
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation
• High-energy, passionate, and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting recruitment quotas
