Would you like to work in a rewarding environment with fantastic coworkers? This position is for you! Make a difference by supporting the daily operations of our Adult Day Program while creating a welcoming and organized front desk experience for participants, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact by greeting participants, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
Manage participant attendance, sign-in/out processes, and daily documentation
Maintain organized records and assist with filing, data entry, and administrative tasks
Coordinate communication between staff, families, and external partners
Support scheduling, appointment coordination, and program logistics
Monitor the front desk area to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Assist program staff with clerical duties and day-to-day operational needs
Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with organizational policies
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years or older
Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with basic computer systems and office software
Reliable, professional, and compassionate demeanor
