Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000 annually (based experience)

Halco is looking for a highly organized and proactive Construction Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our residential remodeling and design-build projects.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys keeping projects organized, communicates well with both clients and teams, and takes pride in making sure details don’t fall through the cracks.
You’ll play a critical role in supporting our Designers, Project Managers, field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients by helping maintain operational flow from project start to completion.

What You’ll Do- Coordinate material purchasing and order tracking for remodeling projects
- Maintain visibility on delivery schedules, backorders, damaged items, and replacements
- Open and inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage
- Update and maintain Buildertrend schedules and project records
- Prepare and organize project documentation and job files
- Print and distribute project and design packets for subcontractors and field teams
- Coordinate communication between Designers, Project Managers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
- Assist with showroom support, incoming calls, and customer service communication
- Track warranty materials and replacement items
- Assist with subcontractor onboarding and compliance documentation
- Complete timesheet coordination and reporting for Project Management approval
- Help maintain organization and operational continuity across multiple active projects
- 2+ years of experience in construction coordination, operations, administrative support, purchasing, or customer service preferred
- Experience in residential remodeling, kitchen & bath, cabinetry, or construction environments strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction management software is a plus
