• Follow the teacher’s written lesson plans.
• Consult with the principal and/or staff to resolve questions and/or concerns.
• Comply with all building procedures and schedules.
• Prepare a written summary of work completed.
• Notify the absent teacher of special situations or problems encountered.
• Implement effective pupil management procedures.
• Maintain a positive learning environment.
• Follow all policies, rules and procedures to which regular teachers are subject and which good teaching practice dictates.

• Daily building Substitute Teachers and all Per Diem Substitute Teachers are non‑benefits eligible.
• Salary: $135/Day – Retired Teacher with DESE Certification
• Salary: $125/Day – DESE Teaching Certification
• Salary: $100/Day – No Certification
