Child Wise ABA is hiring bilingual Spanish-speaking Behavior Technicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism.
Childwise ABA provides top-tier Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, specializing in personalized treatment for children with autism. Our team of dedicated Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivers evidence-based interventions that promote growth, independence, and meaningful change.

- Accurately collect and document behavioral data
- Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs
- Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence
- Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors
- Hourly pay: $22–$28 (based on experience and certification)
- Part-time: 15-30 hours per week
- Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
- Spanish/English bilingual
- Experience working with children preferred
- Willingness to obtain RBT certification
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
