Supervisor, On-site – Radio Pharma Support

Job Description

The On‑Site Supervisor for Radio Pharma Support directly supports customer and operations performed at the customer’s physical location and manages shipments en route to destination. Key responsibilities include coordinating the dispatch of time‑sensitive shipments with specific requirements, documentation, and handling; maintaining existing client relationships; and ensuring regulatory compliance.

What You Will Do
  • Coordinate with on‑site customer personnel, OSPs, and MNX operations to ensure all customer and regulatory requirements are met and instructions are clearly communicated.
  • Represent MNX onsite by assisting the customer through email, phone, online presentations, screen‑share, and in‑person meetings.
  • Conduct and/or oversee IATA DGR Class 7 audits on Radio Pharma shipments.
  • Maintain client satisfaction and deliver exceptional service on a day‑to‑day basis.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs and improve the buyer experience.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and objectives.
  • Forecast and track key‑account metrics.
  • Accept ownership for new requests and explore opportunities to add value to work.
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage of our products and services.
  • Resolve complaints and prevent new issues by improving processes.
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
  • Collect and analyze data to understand consumer behavior.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and account notes.
  • Update knowledge of company products and services.
  • Evaluate operational efficiency and improve workflows.
  • Promote a positive work environment by communicating objectives and key results.
What You Bring
  • 3‑5 years of Healthcare Logistics experience.
  • Experience handling and shipping hazardous materials.
  • Management or team‑leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in handling complex shipments with increasing responsibility.
  • Excellent work performance history.
  • Team‑player mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • TSA qualifications: at least 18 years of age, U.S. citizenship, high‑school diploma, GED, or equivalent; subject to background investigation, drug screening, and testing.
Shift / Days

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday. Days off:
Thursday and Saturday.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay ranges from $7,505.00 to $12,200.00 monthly (depending on location, skills, education, and experience). The role may also be eligible for annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs.
