• Responsible for maintaining and updating critical product information across various systems to support new product introductions and daily production activities.
• Create and manage well‑structured data flows and processes to ensure effective data integration within the organization.
• Participate in projects aimed at continuous improvement.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment, handling multiple high‑priority tasks and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement new business tools and processes while meeting critical deadlines.
• Steward master data set‑ups of new products and their components in multiple systems ensuring data integrity and optimization of data workflows.
• Manage and process change requests related to master data.
• Assist in development and implementation of tools, processes, and procedures that will affect all master data.
• Align with cross‑functional teams to validate accurate set‑up of all new products to trigger ERP/MRP systems.
• Identify, design, and plan projects to update data accuracy and integrity.
• Limited travel required.

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow skills in data management while supporting cross‑functional teams.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a data‑focused role, operations support, or data entry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• D365 Experience preferred (or similar ERP/MRP system).
• Manufacturing experience preferred (food industry is a bonus).
• Background in purchasing or production planning would be beneficial.
• Strong sense of ownership and follow‑through.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams.
