Customer Service Representative

• Assist customers inside and outside a center with products and services

• Move and hook up trucks and trailers as needed
• Clean and inspect equipment, ensuring it meets safety standards
• Prepare rental invoices and handle returned equipment

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
• Willingness to adhere to safety precautions in a work environment with potential risks
• Availability to participate in ongoing training and education programs

• Previous customer service experience
• Familiarity with moving equipment or logistics
• Certification or experience with forklift operation
• Interest in health and wellness initiatives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
