Group of 5 busy automotive repair shops within the North Shore of MA (Boston) with the strong possibility of more shops being added on in the near future.
Job DescriptionThe right candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mentality and will be tasked with finding the Manager/Face of the locations they oversee. Candidate will be directly interacting with customers as well as coaching and leading their direct reports and teams.
Management experience in the automotive industry a plus but willing to train the right candidate. A proven track record of increasing sales is a must for this position. Deep understanding of accountability in the workplace and leading from the front is a must.
Candidate will need to be a self‑starter who takes ownership for their locations and drives results. A strong background in leadership, sales, and the customer experience will translate well. Automotive Management experience strongly recommended but not required.
PayYear 1 earning potential: $125,000 - $175,000
Base salary with commission and bonus
Performance based pay scale
Schedule- 5 day work week
- Saturdays are a requirement
- Some holidays required
