CNC Machinist

Enjet Aero, LLC is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to produce precision aerospace components to exact specifications. In this role you will set up, operate, and adjust CNC mills/lathes, interpret blueprints and GD&T, and use precision measuring tools to verify tight tolerances. You'll perform offsets, basic program edits, tool changes, and in-process inspections while maintaining safety, quality, and 5S standards. Working with modern equipment, you will collaborate with engineering and quality teams, document production data, and support continuous improvement and training in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for aerospace components
• Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T requirements
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic CNC program edits
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify part dimensions
• Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure quality standards
• Document production data, nonconformances, and machine issues
• Maintain safety, 5
• S, and housekeeping standards around equipment
• Collaborate with engineering and quality on process improvements
• Troubleshoot machining issues and support root-cause analysis
• Participate in training, cross-training, and continuous improvement initiatives
