- Provide supervision to assigned case managers.
- Coordinate all services to meet the ongoing needs of assigned clients through case managers.
- Monitor individual treatment plans, intake documents, and monthly reports of case managers in compliance with EEC regulations.
- Facilitate weekly team meetings.
- Develop policies and procedures.
- Provide after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis.
- Master's degree in a human service-related field.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care.
- Three years' prior supervisory experience.
- Three years' prior clinical experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Approved DMV, DCF, and CORI background checks.
