Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide one‑on‑one care to clients across East Boston, Charlestown, Winthrop, and surrounding towns. This full‑time position involves performing 5–6+ home visits per day within a small geographical territory.

• Perform client assessments, deliver education to patients and/or families, and monitor patient conditions.
• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, interventions, and supportive care per individualized care plans, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
• Administer Medicare Home Health and OASIS documentation as required.
• Maintain accurate records of visit notes and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Current Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
• Minimum one year of recent acute clinical experience (med/surg) as an RN.
• Preference for prior home health care and Medicare OASIS documentation experience.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Base pay ranges from $58–63 per point, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
