Role:
Emergency Department Registered Nurse
Responsibilities:Provide high-quality care to acute patients and their families in a fast-paced environment. Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care according to standards. Communicate effectively with patients and team members. Adapt to rapid patient turnover and high-pressure situations.
Qualifications & Skills- Graduation from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required; TNCC preferred
- 1-2 years of Emergency RN experience
- Proficiency in electronic medical records
- Successful completion of a physical agility exam for new hires
Deliver efficient emergency care, participate in a high-volume, innovative environment featuring advanced triage systems, rapid assessment protocols, and specialized programs such as tele-stroke and psychiatric emergency services.
