Brand Representative (Dell) – Regular Full-Time Position

Malden, MA 02148

Represent Dell in retail stores, building relationships with store associates and customers to promote Dell products, drive sales, and maintain the company’s retail brand standards.

• Build and nurture relationships with store associates, shoppers, and retail managers.
• Educate retail staff on the latest Dell products and features.
• Ensure Dell retail brand standards are maintained through regular inspections of displays and marketing materials.
• Refresh product displays and execute resets as needed on a quarterly basis.
• Conduct hands‑on product demonstrations and experience events to engage employees and customers.
• Collect and report consumer insights, marketplace trends, and competitor activity.
• Travel within the assigned 70‑mile market and occasionally to other markets.
• Maintain accurate documentation of visits, activities, and sales results.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals and weekly in‑store time goals.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of retail selling experience in consumer electronics or related technical products.
• Minimum 6 months of training experience within direct‑marketing or retail environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong consultative selling skills with an ability to overcome objections.
• Analytical mindset and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent multi‑tasking, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
• Reliable transportation with state‑required minimum liability automobile insurance.

• $22 per hour, weekly pay with next‑day on‑demand pay via Daily Pay.
• Annual incentive up to $4,000, paid quarterly.
• Paid virtual training and eligibility for benefits and 401(k).
• Dell PC device, travel time and mileage, paid time off, apparel and equipment.
• $30 per month cell‑phone reimbursement.
