Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

This role is ideal for a strong retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and enjoys building high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate brings at least 1-3 years of retail leadership experience (Store, Area, or District level), strong business acumen including retail math and P&L responsibility, and the ability to lead with energy and accountability.

This is a hands-on leadership position with clear expectations around scheduling, weekend coverage, and peak sales periods — suited for someone who takes pride in ownership and driving results.

This position is responsible for full operational and financial performance across both stores — driving sales plans, managing P&L, overseeing inventory, and ensuring operational excellence. You would recruit, mentor, and coach store teams while setting clear performance expectations and maximizing scheduling to impact results.
