Summary
The Sales Associate guides and inspires customers by providing gracious service, fashion guidance, and product knowledge. The role builds lasting client relationships in store and online while supporting sales and store operations.
Responsibilities
- Create a seamless, engaging in-store and online customer experience and cultivate client relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients using available technology.
- Share the benefits of loyalty programs and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
- Participate in merchandising, fulfillment, floor upkeep, and fitting room operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
