New England Coffee, based just outside of Boston in Malden, MA, is seeking a Bench Equipment Technician to repair customer equipment in a timely, professional and complete manner. Under the supervision of the Equipment Supervisor, you will service equipment across our brands.
Responsibilities include understanding equipment configurations, reading wiring schematics, diagnosing issues, documenting work orders, adhering to safety procedures, and assisting with warehouse duties as needed.
