Maintenance Technician

The Liberty Group is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for an immediate opportunity with a residential apartment community in Everett, MA
.

We are looking for a dependable, hands‑on technician with strong troubleshooting skills who can jump in and support the onsite maintenance team with day-to-day resident and property needs.

• Complete resident work orders and service requests
• Perform apartment turns and make‑ready work
• Troubleshoot and complete basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Perform painting, patching and drywall repairs
• Complete minor carpentry and general property repairs
• Troubleshoot appliances and assist with replacements
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Maintain common areas and property grounds
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents
• Assist the maintenance team with additional property projects as needed

• Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting and general repairs
• Apartment turnover experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of an onsite team
• Professional communication and customer service skills
