Action for Boston Community Development (ABCD) in Malden seeks a Mobile Homeless Outreach Specialist to identify unsheltered individuals and connect them with housing resources. The role requires collaboration with the Housing and Homelessness Prevention team and outreach across Malden, Medford, Everett, and Chelsea areas.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma with 12 months of social services experience; bilingual Spanish or Haitian Creole is preferred.
