Operations Courier M-F rotating

Job Purpose

We are seeking daily delivery drivers with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A background as an EMT, law enforcement officer, or military veteran is a plus. These are full‑time positions with competitive pay and benefits.

• Review the Cargo Receiving Log daily.
• Deliver and recover shipments to and from the airport.
• Secure the vehicle while waiting to tender cargo at an airline terminal or while picking up at a client site.
• Check air waybills for accurate and correct information.
• Review appropriate documentation, labeling, and markings as included with each shipment.
• Prepare the NFO (Next Flight Out).
• Replenish shipments with the proper weight of dry ice or gel packs for temperature chain of custody.
• Scan, package, and label inbound shipments before final tendering for domestic or international shipping.
• Maintain the Vehicle Log, including mileage and initial inspection for TSA compliance.
• Perform other duties as required to help the Operations Team complete daily tasks.

• Adhere to all company policies at all times.
• Perform other reasonable duties upon request of the Line Manager or Branch Manager.

• High school education or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience.
• Preferred experience driving in the courier or freight industry.
• Physical requirement: must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.

The base pay for this position ranges from $15.65/hr to $26.10/hr pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and education/training, and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may also qualify for annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
