Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments, log and store materials accurately;
Load outgoing orders onto trucks and customer vehicles with correct product handling and documentation;
Maintain organized warehouse and yard; conduct general office maintenance and uphold safety standards;
Manage inventory by distributing materials to storage areas, performing regular stock rotations, and reporting discrepancies or damaged products;
Provide excellent customer service with strong product knowledge; communicate clearly with customers and team members;
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and proficiently
