Kat James Beauty is seeking an Executive Assistant to support both influencer/brand partnerships and product operations. You’ll work closely with Kat James, handling brand deals, events, content shoots, analytics, customer service, and vendor/admin tasks.
The role requires flexibility for launches and events, strong organization, and comfort with Shopify, Shop My, LTK, Many Chat, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Amazon Seller Central. Malibu-based, 1–2 days in-person weekly.
