Daily Duties- Lead construction & interior design meetings on all projects.
- Focus on customer satisfaction, project schedule, budgets, and quality control.
- Represent the company in weekly owner meetings, providing project updates and needs as necessary.
- Accurately report and forecast project budgets and schedules.
- Accurate forecasting and development of the capital plan.
- Consistently meets budget and schedule performance goals.
