If you're an experienced construction superintendent who takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship on high-end custom homes, this is your opportunity to help build some of Malibu's finest residences.

What's in it for You?
  • Hourly pay: $60.00 - $67.00 per hour

  • Truck allowance: $2,500 annually

  • Fuel card allowance: $5,000 annually

  • 401(k) plan with 3% company contribution

  • 5 paid vacation days after 90 days of employment

  • Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Your New Role
  • Lead daily field operations for luxury custom residential construction projects

  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors across multiple construction trades

  • Read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and interior design plans and specifications

  • Estimate material quantities and develop scopes of work for subcontractor proposals

  • Schedule subcontractors to maintain project timelines and workflow

  • Supervise and direct skilled, semi-skilled, and labor personnel on job sites

  • Conduct daily quality control and ensure work meets project specifications

  • Coordinate required inspections with local building departments, structural engineers, and other agencies

  • Maintain compliance with approved plans, construction standards, and safety requirements

  • Communicate effectively with homeowners, project managers, office staff, and the interior design team

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Dropbox, and Adobe Acrobat Pro to support project management and documentation

  • Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent in residential construction

  • Experience managing high-end custom residential construction projects

  • Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, building systems, and sequencing

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and interior design drawings and specifications

  • Experience coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors and construction schedules

  • Ability to estimate material needs and define scopes of work

  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Dropbox, and Adobe Acrobat Pro

  • Valid driver's license
