Junior Associate Interior Designer

Overview We are looking for a Junior / Associate Interior Designer who is ready to ignite your passion for creating inspiring, functional, and innovative interior spaces! In this energetic role, you will collaborate closely with the senior team to develop compelling interior concepts and execution from concept through completion. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in interior design, project management within a vibrant environment that values creativity and professionalism.

Key responsibilities will include:

Supporting Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 property onboarding projects

Sourcing furniture, decor, and design items from approved vendors

Using preferred vendors and discounts where available

Maintaining project timelines and updating the team regularly

Coordinating with procurement, onboarding, and operations

Helping stage properties so they are guest-ready and photo-ready

Managing multiple projects at the same time

Following established processes while also being proactive and solution-oriented

Communicating clearly in Basecamp and keeping all tasks updated

Experience

Prior experience or internship in interior design or related fields is preferred but not required; a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant skills is a plus.

Strong eye for design and the ability to move quickly without needing constant follow-up. Ability to take ownership of execution

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and team members.
