Alpha has reimagined education around one core principle: AI excels at academic delivery, while exceptional people excel dents progress through core academics via adaptive AI-powered learning platforms. Your responsibility is cultivating what technology cannot—discipline, resilience, communication, ownership, focus, and the conviction that worthwhile achievements require effort. Your days won't involve lesson delivery or paper grading. Instead, you'll coach students through obstacles, acknowledge meaningful progress, and guide them toward accomplishments they never imagined possible.

Approximately 60% of your time involves facilitating dynamic, one-hour life skills workshops covering topics such as public speaking, focus, leadership, and feedback exchange. Roughly 30% is dedicated to one-on-one or small-group coaching, leveraging Coachbot analytics to determine which students require encouragement, accountability, or alternative strategies. The final 10% consists of data review, coaching strategy refinement, and preparing students for improved performance in the coming week.

You'll begin with established workshop frameworks, then enhance and expand them as you identify more effective methods for inspiring students.

Performance metrics are measurable. A minimum of 90% of your students must regularly achieve their weekly academic targets, demonstrate proficiency in Alpha's life skills via Test2

Pass assessments, and provide ratings of at least 4 out of 5 for their experience with you. Consistently meeting this benchmark creates a defined progression to Lead Guide, where you'll coach fellow Guides, and ultimately Campus Lead, where you'll influence the culture and outcomes of an entire school.
