Traditional schools ask students to meet a bar. You'll coach them to surpass their own limits.
Each student possesses untapped potential beyond what they currently see in themselves. Most educators reduce expectations when difficulties arise. Your approach is different. You understand that genuine confidence doesn't emerge from empty praise—it develops when someone accomplishes what they previously believed impossible. If you've ever pushed a student, athlete, participant, or mentee to persist when they wanted to give up, this work will resonate with you.
Alpha has reimagined education around one core principle: AI excels at academic delivery, while exceptional people excel dents advance through core curriculum using adaptive AI-driven learning platforms. Your responsibility centers on cultivating what technology cannot—discipline, grit, communication skills, personal ownership, concentration, and the conviction that challenging pursuits matter. Your day won't involve lesson delivery or paper grading. Instead, you'll guide students through obstacles, acknowledge meaningful progress, and enable them to accomplish goals they once deemed unreachable.
Approximately 60% of your time involves facilitating dynamic, one-hour life skills sessions covering topics such as public speaking, concentration, leadership, and constructive feedback. About 30% goes toward individual or small-group coaching, leveraging Coachbot analytics to pinpoint students requiring encouragement, accountability, or modified strategies. The final 10% focuses on data review, strategy refinement, and preparing students for continued growth. You'll begin with established workshop structures, then enhance and expand them as you identify more effective methods for student inspiration.
Performance metrics are clear. A minimum of 90% of your students must routinely achieve their weekly academic targets, demonstrate proficiency in Alpha's life skills via Test2
Pass evaluations, and provide ratings of at least 4 out of 5 for their experience with you. Maintain this benchmark and you'll have defined advancement opportunities to Lead Guide, mentoring fellow Guides, and ultimately Campus Lead, where you'll influence an entire school's culture and results.
This position doesn't suit individuals seeking to lecture, execute prescribed curricula, or simply occupy student time. It's designed for coaches, mentors, youth program leaders, performers, tutors, and educators who define success by student transformation. Each finalist completes a full day coaching actual Alpha students prior to any offer. If that prospect excites you more than standard interviews, we're eager to connect.
