FP&A Manager

Orfium is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join our Finance team on a 12-month contract. This pivotal role will focus on driving financial planning and analysis activities across the organization, helping to ensure strategic alignment with our business goals. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments, leveraging financial data to guide strategic decision‑making and enhance performance.

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts, and long‑term financial planning
• Prepare and present financial reports, variance analysis, and performance insights to senior stakeholders
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide financial guidance to support strategic initiatives, investments, and expansion opportunities
• Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage financial risks
• Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting standards, and systems
