This is a full-time, Hybrid Chief Technology Officer (CTO) position in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The CTO will oversee the company’s technology strategy, lead product and software development projects, and provide guidance on system architecture and IT strategies. This role involves collaborating with teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that align with business goals and ensure growth and efficiency.

The CTO will collaborate with our current Chief Information Officer (CIO) and strategize on the innovations needed to advance the projects.

• Strong expertise in Software Development and Product Development
• Proven ability in managing teams and resources through effective Project Management
• In-depth knowledge of IT Strategy, technical Architecture, and AI Technology.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable technology solutions
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Prior experience in a senior technology leadership position or CTO role is preferred
