The Project Manager leads  luxury residentialtechnologyprojects from concept to completion.

The Project Manager coordinates  between trades, clients, and internal teams to ensure everyprojectis delivered with precision, efficiency, and the signature Bravas quality clients expect, while embodying our six core values: collaborative, accountable,proactive, curious, passionate, and creative.

• Oversees all phases of residential smarthomeprojects from kickoff to closeout.
• Serves as the main point of contact for clients, builders, and designers to ensure everyone is aligned.
• Coordinates closely with sales,design, installation, and programming teams to keep progress smooth and efficient.
• Monitors progress,anticipates challenges, and takes proactive steps to stay on schedule and budget.
• Maintains Bravas standards for system design, installation, and client satisfaction.
• Reviewsprojectoutcomes,identifies process improvements, and shares lessons learned with the team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years ofprojectmanagement experience in AV, construction, or smarthomeindustries.
• Solid understanding of residential construction and trade coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical plans.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a client-first mindset.
• Calm, solution-oriented approach when facing challenges.
• Experience with project management or job costing software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.

• Prolonged periods of sitting and working at adesk or computer.
• Regular travel to job sites, including standing, walking, and navigating active construction environments.
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
