Willingham Works is a nurse-led, woman-owned small business based in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We build long-term relationships with healthcare facilities across Kentucky and southern Indiana, and we maintain an active candidate pool of qualified nurses for staffing engagements when openings arise.

WE ARE BUILDING OUR CANDIDATE POOL

We are talking with Registered Nurses in Malibu, South California, and the surrounding 10-mile area who are open to learning about future opportunities with our partner facilities. This is NOT an immediate opening — we are building a pre-screened candidate pool so that when our partner facilities have needs, we have qualified nurses ready.

• Active Kentucky or Indiana RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Any clinical specialty welcome:
  Med-Surg, ICU, ER, OR, L&D, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Psych, Home Health
• All experience levels — new grads to 20+ years
• Open to full-time, part-time, PRN, contract, or direct-hire opportunities

• Nurse-led screening. We are nurses ourselves. We screen for clinical fit, not just license verification.
• Long-term relationships, not transactional placements.
• WOSB-certified, SAM.gov-registered — we work with healthcare and government clients across Kentucky.
• No-pressure conversation. We want to know your goals before we ever pitch you to a facility.

Pay rates vary by facility, shift, and specialty. Our typical RN engagements pay $30 – $45 per hour. We'll discuss specifics when we know what kind of role fits your goals.
