About the Brand

Frankies Bikinis is a female‑led lifestyle brand founded in 2012 by Mimi and Francesca Aiello. The brand offers swimwear, ready‑to‑wear, knits, and active wear, and is sold in major retailers.

We are seeking Sales Associates to represent our boutique in Malibu, CA, delivering elevated, personalized in‑store experiences.

As a brand ambassador, you will build authentic client relationships through thoughtful selling, product storytelling, and hospitality. You will thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a polished presence.

• Support daily sales initiatives and engage clients to drive conversion and loyalty.
• Maintain visual and operational standards, ensuring attention to detail.
• Collaborate with leadership and teammates to foster a positive service‑driven culture.
• Perform opening, closing, and keyholder duties as required.
• Support other brand activations and coverage when needed.
• Use retail technology (Shopify, Endear, Slack, Google Workspace).

• Experience in retail, luxury or high‑touch client‑facing environments.
• Strong selling skills with product knowledge and customer orientation.
• Customer‑first mindset and passion for hospitality.
• Adaptable, solutions‑oriented and professional.
• Collaborative team player with clear communication.
• Professional, dependable and punctual.
• Detail‑oriented with efficient task execution.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Hourly pay range: $19 to $21. Compensation is based on experience, skills and qualifications.
