Optical Sales Associate - Malibu

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and personalized eyewear recommendations in a luxury retail boutique. Build and maintain client relationships while demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and optical features. Consistently work to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date product and brand knowledge; attend training as required.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Provide omnichannel support to ensure seamless service between online and in-store platforms.
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs and maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor and back-of-house.
• Adhere to brand policies and assist with miscellaneous duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience; luxury retail or eyewear experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; punctual and reliable.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Experience operating a POS system preferred.
