- Managing the entire enrollment experience for prospective families, beginning with initial contact and continuing through onboarding.
- Facilitating needs‑assessment discussions to evaluate compatibility before introducing solutions or suggesting subsequent steps.
- Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships across various enrollment stages, maintaining complete visibility on status and follow‑up requirements.
- Facilitating campus tours, shadow visits, and decision‑making conversations that articulate outcomes, expectations, and the intended audience for our model.
- Ensuring accurate CRM and enrollment documentation (Hub Spot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and sustained service excellence.
- Employing transactional or aggressive sales approaches.
- Accepting families who do not align with the model solely to meet enrollment targets.
- Overseeing a large team or working through complex approval hierarchies.
- Distributing responsibility for the family experience across multiple staff members.
- Operating remotely. This position is intentionally campus‑based.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver a high‑trust, selective enrollment process that successfully enrolls aligned families while safeguarding the integrity and effectiveness of the Alpha model.
Basic Requirements- 3+ years providing premium, customized service in settings where service quality directly influences brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner‑operated services).
- Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial contact through onboarding.
- Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family relationships at varying stages, supported by a systematic approach to tracking and prioritization.
- Capacity to offer specific examples of consultative decision‑making, including instances where you advised against your product or service due to poor fit.
- Professional written communication background with senior executives, high‑net‑worth individuals, or sophisticated clientele.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations:
La Jolla, CA;
Malibu, CA;
Los Angeles, CA;
Santa Barbara, CA; or Santa Monica, CA. - Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Experience with selective private school admissions or enrollment in competitive programs.
- Background in luxury hospitality, VIP guest services, or executive support positions.
- Experience developing or enhancing enrollment workflows, SOPs, or service standards.
- Proficiency using data and CRM insights to enhance conversion quality rather than only speed.

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
