We are currently looking to hire a Residential Security Agent to join our team embedded with a client in Malibu, CA.

This is a full‑time onsite position in Malibu, CA. You will work 12‑hour shifts that include 24/7 coverage, weekends, and holidays. Scheduling follows a 4/3 and 3/4 rotation.

The Residential Security Agent (RSA) serves a critical security function while maintaining a customer‑service‑focused approach. The RSA is a member of the client’s residential physical security team, monitors access control systems, supports incident management, and coordinates emergency response.

• Provide first‑point threat management and emergency response for client security needs.
• Monitor and manage camera systems, access control technology, and other security tools.
• Monitor critical facility functions as assigned by the client.
• Advise and act on unknown visitors, phone calls, and other contacts.
• Maintain excellent rapport and open communication regarding client needs, support requests, service issues, and deliverables.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service to clients, guests, and staff.
• Ensure client deliverables are met across the full suite of security services.
• Proactively communicate with clients about risks to personnel, property, or privacy.
• Complete any client‑required plans, surveys, or reports.
• Assist with customer service issues to maintain consistency.
• Communicate politely and professionally with co‑workers, management, clients, and others.
• Follow all regulations, policies, procedural mandates, and instructions.

• Must hold mandatory licenses and certifications, including:
  • Current California state guard card (this is an unarmed position).
  • Current CPR/AED/First Aid certificate.
• Demonstrated success in a high‑touch, customer‑service environment.
• Professional bearing and strong customer‑service skills.
• Adaptable to fast‑paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
• High ethical standards and discretion with confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to synthesize facts, concepts, and principles.
• Emotional intelligence and customer‑focused mindset.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must meet physical requirements to patrol the property on foot, assist the client if injured, or facilitate evacuation.

• Experience with residential security teams, executive protection details, and/or high‑profile corporate security teams.
• Executive protection and/or tactical training (military or law‑enforcement).

• All personnel must wear hair in a secure, controlled style while on duty. Acceptable methods include tying, slicking, pinning, braiding, or otherwise securing hair. Facial hair must be clean‑shaven or kept neat.

• Pay: $45/hr.
