, known for our passion for great beer, honest food, and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for an experienced and confident Front of House Team Leader to join our friendly team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences in our busy, characterful country pub.

• Support the management team in running smooth, efficient shifts
• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and customer care
• Handle cash and till operations accurately
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a front-of-house, supervisory, or hospitality leadership role (2–3 years preferred)
• Part Time - 12-20 hours a week
• Confident, reliable, and capable of leading a small team
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A hands-on team player with great attention to detail
• Access to reliable transport – our rural location isn’t well served by public transport
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in licensed premises
• No live-in accommodation available
