Job Location:
This is a HYBRID position located in Malvern, PA.

• Lead and execute risk‑based internal audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting
• Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting, operations, and compliance
• Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and emerging risks; develop practical, value‑added recommendations
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports for senior leadership and stakeholders
• Partner with business leaders to ensure timely remediation of audit findings
• Perform data analysis and leverage audit tools to enhance audit efficiency and insight generation
• Assist with external audit coordination and regulatory examinations, as needed
• Mentor and review the work of junior auditors, providing coaching and development
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in internal auditing

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• CPA / CIA or other professional certification preferred

• 2–7+ years of internal audit, external audit, or related experience
• Experience in public accounting (e.g., Big
  4) strongly preferred
• Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls frameworks (e.g., COSO)
