Senior Internal Auditor

This is a HYBRID position located in Malvern, PA.
- Lead and execute risk‑based internal audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting
- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting, operations, and compliance
- Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and emerging risks; develop practical, value‑added recommendations
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Partner with business leaders to ensure timely remediation of audit findings
- Perform data analysis and leverage audit tools to enhance audit efficiency and insight generation
- Assist with external audit coordination and regulatory examinations, as needed
- Mentor and review the work of junior auditors, providing coaching and development
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in internal auditing
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- CPA / CIA or other professional certification preferred
- 2–7+ years of internal audit, external audit, or related experience
- Experience in public accounting (e.g., Big
4) strongly preferred - Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls frameworks (e.g., COSO)
