CPI is seeking a polished and professional Corporate Receptionist to support front desk operations at a corporate office location. This role is critical in creating a professional first impression for executives, employees, clients, and visitors. The Receptionist will manage daily reception activities, support meeting logistics, and provide administrative assistance in a corporate business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, executives, clients, vendors, and business partners
  • Greet guests in a professional and courteous manner and ensure adherence to CPI corporate security and access protocols
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls with professionalism and discretion
  • Manage visitor registration systems and issue badges as required
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling and support meetings, including room setup and basic hospitality (coffee, water, catering coordination)
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance of reception, lobby, and executive common areas
  • Receive, log, and distribute corporate mail, packages, and courier deliveries. Assist with shipping and receiving of freight and international shipments.
  • Provide administrative support including calendar assistance, data entry, document preparation, filing, scanning, and copying
  • Order and maintain front desk and common‑area office supplies
  • Assist with managing access control, visitor management and CCTV systems
  • Liaise with IT, Security, and Administrative teams as needed
  • Handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Follow all CPI corporate policies, procedures, and brand standards
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role within a corporate office environment preferred
  • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and customer‑service approach
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage interruptions effectively with accuracy, urgency, and professionalism.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Occasional lifting of packages or office supplies (up to approximately 25 lbs)
