About Clinigen:

Clinigen is a rapidly growing global specialty pharmaceutical and services company with a unique combination of businesses. Our divisions operate in a complex global regulatory environment and ensure that vital medicines are delivered securely on time and wherever they are needed in the world.

We are looking for a Global Program Manager who can balance strategic leadership with hands‑on program delivery across a complex, fast-moving environment. This person will unite diverse, remote teams, drive alignment across regions, act as a trusted partner to client, and turn challenges into opportunities for improvement and growth.

The ideal candidate brings strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills, leading with both clarity and empathy to deliver excellence, consistency, and measurable business impact.

This will be a hybrid role with 3 days in the office. The successful candidate must be within a commutable distance to Malvern, PA, USA.

To be successful in this role you should have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in clinical trial supply, packaging, labeling, or distribution in project/program management roles
  • Experience managing multi-study or multi-site client accounts
Your role at Clinigen:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global client programs, ensuring alignment across all participating sites.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain integrated program timelines covering multiple studies and geographies.
  • Provide packaging, labeling, and distribution solutions tailored to client needs and study requirements.
  • Lead global client meetings, including program kick-offs, reviews, and governance sessions.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding timelines, risks, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Support Business Development in proposal development, RFIs, and program-specific client initiatives.
  • Monitor program budgets, forecasts, and billing to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Ensure program profitability by identifying scope changes and working with BD on change orders.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams across multiple facilities.
  • Work with site Project Managers to harmonize processes, share best practices, and align client delivery.
We’re excited about you if you have:
  • Strong financial acumen: budget management, forecasting, and change control.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with experience in executive-level communication.
  • Knowledge of cGMP/GDP standards and regulatory requirements in clinical supplies.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification desirable.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing situations
While at Clinigen, you’ll enjoy:
